  The backpack had double stuff oreo's, fresh clothes, twenty bucks, and a pouch full of drachmas, Yes I would take the gifts because I may need it at one point.

2.What news does Ares give Percy about his mom?


  That she is not dead she was turned into a shower of gold.
 


3.Annabeth says Percy wasn’t smart to anger Ares. Was Percy right to talk back to him? Why or why not?


 No, because it's bad to have a god as your enemy especially Ares.



4.What do the beads mean on Annabeth’s necklace?


  Every August they pick who was the best councilor, and she has got them because of that. 


5.Percy says that Annabeth should write her father a letter. What would you advise her to do?


 Just go ahead and do it, its worth a try. He may not write you back but at least you tried.

  He sticks some kind of tracking device on the animals, to make sure they will be safe.

 All of their personalities are different, non of them have the same type.


9.When does Percy start to realize the casino is a trap?


  When he asks the other kids what the date is and how old are they.

   He tells her that the place is full of spides, because she hates spiders.
